Mother's Day

Mother's Day was last weekend....it was great.
I got to sleep in (by 15 minutes), at a location that was not my home (thanks Aunt Tonya for putting us up for the night)

Eat breakfast I did not cook (again, thanks Aunt Tonya)

Take a trip (home from Oklahoma)

Take a nap (in the truck home from Oklahoma) 

Read a book (in the truck, yes it was smutty and fantastic!)

See my Mom (thanks for supper!!)

Eat some super delicious strawberry pie (Thank you JoAnn!!)

Play with my own daughter (we played with the paper doll house books, watched Dora and played with magnets on Gamma Ciny's fridge)

And got a very cool metal wagon that my hubs is going to transform, with his magical building skills, into a strawberry bed. I am SO EXCITED!!!

Welcome to my world. Nothing too exciting going on here....I am a teacher and enjoy telling my friends about the interesting things that happen in my daily life. I find the most pleasure in the simple things that occur daily. Like the brilliant sunsets as I drive home from work or the way Maggie whimpers and paws when she dreams in the kitchen or the way Cody starts my car when he leaves for work just because he knows I don't like to be cold.
